Why is it so difficult to get straight answers about pricing? We agree, it's absurd. But you know why, right? It's because most web shops have a sliding scale. In other words, the more money you have, the more you're charged. We're better than that. You get what you pay for. Period.

Based on the above services, you can generally expect the following as ballpark estimates:
Theme Modification: (suitable for most clients): $5,400 + 10% contingency

Basic Custom Design (based on theme framework): $11,300 + 15% contingency
Deluxe Custom Design (based on theme framework): $20,500 + 20% contingency
Note: Contingency funds will be subtracted from the final invoice upon launch, if not used.
⚠️ How We Bill: Please remember that depending on project scope and requirements, the cost of your project may vary. Ultimately, we offer fixed-bid proposals based on hourly cost, multiplied by the number of hours we expect that task to take to complete. Fully itemized. With our contingency model, you will never have unexpected overages (unless you change the scope of the project dramatically).
⚠️ Service Terms: Deposit is typically 25% of the total project cost plus the contingency funds outlined above. Payment installments typically happen on or around the expected completion dates for design, content integration and launch milestones. Everything will be outlined clearly within your proposal and associated Master Service Agreement which will may be modified if needed, per your requirements, as long as it doesn't interfere with either our process or financially hinder the company. We do not negotiate rates, by the way.
⚠️ Human Terms: Lastly, this should be a fun, positive, respectful and most of all, successful process! You've heard this before, no doubt, but we really are looking for long-term partners and a successful working relationship. Anything less is too costly (and far too stressful ;-).
